Researches algorithms and data structures and computer science theory; senior member of faculty and lecturer in the Department of Software Engineering.
Prof. Levy earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Bar Ilan University where she completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees and won excellence and appreciation awards throughout her studies.
Between 2010 and 2013 she served as a principle research associate at the Rothschild Institute for Interdisciplinary Applications of Computer Science at Haifa University, where she previously worked as a post-doctoral student.
Over the years she published numerous articles in leading journals and participated in international conferences in her fields of expertise. Among her scientific achievements: Solving a mathematical problem that had remained unsolved for approximately 150 years.
